With a bachelor’s degree in business administration majoring in Financial Management and over 13 years of mortgage industry experience, Jeremie brings extensive knowledge across underwriting support, due diligence reviews, and identifying appropriate lending scenarios, loan products, and programs. As a leader of BrokerVA’s Coaching and Implementation team, Jeremie works closely with experienced HeadVAs to support workflow consistency, productivity, and high-quality client support. Her combination of financial knowledge, mortgage expertise, and operational leadership helps strengthen team performance and support long-term organizational growth.

Jomanrie leads Human Resources, Legal Compliance, and Business Operations for the organization's Offshore operation.
