Director of Recruiting
With over 13 years of experience in the mortgage industry, Khaye has worked across both lender-side and broker-side operations, giving her a strong understanding of what makes a successful mortgage professional. As a recruiter, she is passionate about connecting clients with talented operational support candidates while helping create meaningful career opportunities for fellow Filipinos.
Jeremie Blancaflor
Director of Coaching and Implementation
With a bachelor’s degree in business administration majoring in Financial Management and over 13 years of mortgage industry experience, Jeremie brings extensive knowledge across underwriting support, due diligence reviews, and identifying appropriate lending scenarios, loan products, and programs. As a leader of BrokerVA’s Coaching and Implementation team, Jeremie works closely with experienced HeadVAs to support workflow consistency, productivity, and high-quality client support.
Jomanrie Raborar
Director of Human Resources
Jomanrie leads Human Resources, Legal Compliance, and Business Operations for the organization’s offshore operation. Managing the full employee lifecycle, her focus is handling the back-end operations of the business, ensuring compliance with government regulations, supporting employee engagement initiatives, managing billing and administrative processes, and maintaining operational risk management.
