- Ensure redisclosures are delivered and documented within regulatory timelines
Closing Specialist
Coordinates final closing details to help loans move efficiently from clear-to-close through funding.
- Balance Closing Disclosures (CDs) with title companies
- Review tolerance cures
- Prepare and issue final Closing Disclosures
- Coordinate and schedule loan closings
- Confirm closing conditions are completed prior to funding
Funding Specialist
Supports the funding process through final reviews, wire coordination, and warehouse submissions.
- Review finalized loan packages for completeness and accuracy
- Prepare wire summaries and verify final figures
- Balance figures with title companies prior to disbursement
- Submit documents to warehouse banks for approval
- Coordinate wire transfers and issue funding authorization
Post-Closing Specialist
Supports post-closing operations by organizing loan documentation, managing conditions, and preparing files for delivery and audit.
- Review and organize closed loan files
- Split, index, rename, and upload documents within internal systems and lender portals
- Track trailing documents and post-closing requirements
- Prepare files for internal and investor audits
- Handle investor conditions and register loans through MERS
